Any company interested in engaging Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) on commercial opportunities, including participating in any of NLNG's product sales schemes, will be required to undergo a registration process. This process will involve a comprehensive assessment of the company's ability to perform based on demonstrable experience that meets the requirements of the sales scheme or opportunity. ​

The company will be required to do the following:

1. Submit a formal Expression of Interest and Company Profile
2. Provide documents required for registration
3. Agree to NLNG's relevant business principles and compliance policies
4. Be available for further engagement with NLNG or its consultants 

​A. Expression of Interest

The company will be required to submit a formal expression of interest duly addressed to the General Manager, Commercial of Nigeria LNG Limited. Furthermore, the company will submit a company profile that describes its business activities, ownership and organizational structure, financial strength and any other relevant corporate information.​

2. Marketing
• Evidence of LNG volumes traded or other similar energy products traded
• Evidence of experienced officers in the LNG business
• Evidence of physical presence in global LNG or energy markets
• Evidence of presence in Nigeria or affiliation with Nigerian companies
   
3. Shipping
• Evidence of ship ownership, chartering, or firm agreements with shippers or brokers
• Ship quality assurance, HSE, safety management system documents
• Shipping operations contingency plan and risk management documents

• Annual audited financial statements for each of the last three years
• Evidence of financial support in form of a parent company guarantee, letter of credit, bank guarantee or reference letter from a reputable financial institution.
