Nigeria LNG staff comprise direct hire staff, supported by secondees from shareholder companies, working together to achieve the company's corporate objectives, through a set of Shared Values.
Direct staff are recruited after a rigorous interview following the advertising of vacancies in national newspapers and the company's web site. Employment and appointments are made on merit and based on academic qualification, relevant work experience and competence.
The Shareholders appoint representatives to the Nigeria LNG Board. To execute the decisions of the Board is a Senior Management Team (SMT). Supporting the SMT are the Extended Management Team and over 1,000 quality staff.
