Most staff live on Bonny Island and work there or at the head office located at Plot 1684 Sanusi Fafunwa Street, Victoria Island Lagos or Port Harcourt and Abuja. Those who work on the Plant facilities, GTS live in Bonny Island in the Corporate R A (Residential Area) estate and Port Harcourt.

Graduate Recruitment
Nigeria LNG Limited has a graduate/technical recruitment and development programme for fresh graduates of Engineering and science disciplines. The programme is aimed at attracting bright candidates into the company service.

Recruitment for vacant positions is conducted nationally or internationally. Most recruitment is done by Nigeria LNG LImited own Human Resources Department line supervisor, which occasionally engages recruitment agencies to assist. Nigeria LNG Limited meets the requirements of the government's immigration policy by seeking Nigerian candidates for positions prior to sourcing employees from other countries.
