Nigeria LNG Limited directly employs over 1,000 people. In addition, work is provided to thousands of others through various contracts and agreements.
 
Most staff live on Bonny Island and work there or at the head office located at Plot 1684 Sanusi Fafunwa Street, Victoria Island Lagos or Port Harcourt  and Abuja. Those who work on the Plant facilities, GTS live in Bonny Island in the Corporate R A (Residential Area) estate and Port Harcourt.
  
Employees are remunerated with a competitive total package which includes salary, applicable allowance(s), health insurance cover etc. This is complimented by opportunities for training and development of the highest standard.
 
Work at Nigeria LNG Limited is extremely diverse. Some examples of positions normally recruited for include those of:

Graduate Recruitment
Nigeria LNG Limited has a graduate/technical recruitment and development programme for fresh graduates of Engineering and science disciplines. The programme is aimed at attracting bright candidates into the company service. 
 
Periodically, when vacancies exist, advertisement are placed for potential candidates.
The Recruitment process
Recruitment for vacant positions is conducted nationally or internationally. Most recruitment is done by the Nigeria LNG Human Resources Department, which occasionally engages recruitment agencies to assist. Positions for which Nigeria LNG Limited will be recruiting are advertised in major national newspapers. Nigeria LNG Limited meets the requirements of the government's immigration policy by seeking Nigerian candidates for positions prior to sourcing employees from other countries. Should staff be recruited from outside Nigeria , Nigeria LNG Limited may provide assistance with relocation to the new place of Employment.
